HELLO AND THANKS FOR POPPING BY. WE ARE JESS AND EMILY, PR CONSULTANTS AND FRIENDS WITH A SHARED LOVE OF FOOD AND DRINK.

Between us we have 24 years experience in the industry, so we like to think we know what we’re doing.

We have worked for globally renowned PR agencies and in-house at some of the UK’s most well-known food retailers including Sainsbury’s and Harrods. We have helped turn start-ups, such as Vita Coco, into household names, created award-winning campaigns including The French Laundry at Harrods and even started a nationwide craze for Reggae Reggae Sauce and Whoopie Pies.

We set up Spring & Tonic PR to offer brands we love a senior and collaborative PR service. We work hard to ensure we deliver fantastic results, whilst having some fun along the way.
